1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Outsider Legal Tech (“OLT”) Case Management Software (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Software. Your use of the Software constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Use at Your Own Discretion Your decision to use the Software is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion. Outsider Legal Tech and its affiliates, employees, agents, officers, or other associated parties (“Associates”) shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the Software.

3. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall Outsider Legal Tech or its Associates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Software;
• Any errors, bugs, or interruptions in the Software;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

4. Indemnification and Waiver of Legal Action By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any and all rights to take legal action against Outsider Legal Tech or its Associates. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outsider Legal Tech and its Associates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software.

5. Data Loss and Exposure Any data you store, manage, or process using the Software is done at your own risk. Outsider Legal Tech makes no guarantees regarding the security or integrity of your data. In the event of data loss, corruption, or exposure, Outsider Legal Tech shall not be held responsible or liable for any resulting damages or consequences.

6. Payment and Access By submitting payment for the Software or gaining access to it, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. Continued access to the Software is contingent upon adherence to these Terms.

7. No Warranties The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Amendments Outsider Legal Tech reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Software after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Outsider Legal Tech regarding your use of the Software and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By accessing, using, or submitting payment for Outsider Legal Tech’s Case Management Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You further agree that these Terms are binding and that you are waiving any and all rights to legal action against Outsider Legal Tech or its Associates.
